Tag Rubgy
On Wednesday 1st February some selected Year 6’s and Year 5’s went to Joyce Frankland Academy to play tag rugby. There were 2 teams: The B team and the A team.
On the A team was: Ellie, Emily, Millie, Amelia, Freddie, James, Grace, Tom, Will and Sam P. The A team has successfully made it to the second round, coming second overall, losing the final to a very strong Elsenham.
The B team members were: Imogen, Izzy P, Ella, Sam E, Emer, Harrison, Isabella and Georgie. They all did really well and won lots of their matches apart from one, narrowly missing a place in the semi-final.
We would like to say thank you to Mr Crabb who helped referee and coach some of the matches. Also, all the teachers who supported the teams on the sidelines – and bought cake!
