On Friday 10^th March the hockey team played their final 2 matches of the hockey season. The first match was against Walden School. Clavering started very strongly, quickly scoring 2 goals. Walden then went on to score 1 goal, but Clavering remained in control with a final score of 2-1 to Clavering.

Immediately after that match, Clavering played Takeley. Once again the sides were very evenly matched. There was some super passing from the Clavering squad and great goal keeping from Petra. It was a very tense game, but the final score was 2-1 to Clavering.

Mrs. Langan would like to say a big thank you to all the children who attended the hockey club this year, they have all worked incredibly hard and have developed great skills as team hockey players. Well done.
