Daws Hall

We had a fantastic time at Daws Hall Nature Reserve! We did some orienteering to start the day then we moved onto river sampling looking at water quality, flow rate and so on. We observed meanders, erosion and deposition. After lunch, we did some kick sampling to see which creatures were living in the brook and we also found some slow worms hiding under some undergrowth. A very busy day, some excellent teamwork and investigation skills.
