Reception class had a magical trip on the Audley End train today to see Santa. We had a train all to ourselves and we listened to a message from Father Christmas at the station. We were very excited to spot all the christmas toys at the side of the track. Mother and Father Christmas greeted us with music, lights, jolly laughs and dancing elves! He walked down the train speaking to each of us. We received a gift and some sweets. Afterwards we went to a special post box to post our letters and sat in Santa’s sleigh. It was a little wet but it didn’t dampen our spirits. The children were fantastic. Thank you very much to all of our parent helpers and to Mrs Draper, Mrs Wyatt, Mrs Elliston and Mrs Snelling.
