Year 6 Tag Rugby Event
Year 6 all took part in the family tag rugby festival on Wednesday 31st January.
The A team won all of their matches in their group and were narrowly defeated in the semi final by Elsenham. The B team also won all of their group matches and went on to win the semi final and final for their pool.
All of the children played exceptionally well and in very good spirits despite the cold wind and horizontal rain at Carver barracks!
We are particularly proud of their support for one another and team work that without a doubt contributed to their success. Thank you to Mr Dyce for his coaching and to Mr Snelling and Mr Crabb for their support and refereeing at the event.
The A team are looking forward to going on to represent Clavering at the finals at Carver barracks again on February 28th.
